the summer 2009 guy trip:

 

2009 Dates: June 12-14


WHAT?
This is a great weekend to get away from the city and just hang out with friends, brothers, dads and sons. This trip is about exploring brotherhood through camping, hiking, cave exploring, bouldering, scrambling, technical rock climbing, card playing, fire building, orienteering, hanging out, eating great food and much more. There's something for everyone at an amazing place.

WHERE?
We have ALL 6 campsites reserved at Sheep Pass in Joshua Tree National Park. (near Palm Springs) There's room for 100 campers, but we expect to fill that this year!

HOW MUCH?
The cost is only $45. per person ($25. for boys under 10) and covers all meals, camping fees, climbing gear use and instruction! All you need is a cooler with water and drinks and your personal gear (see the Packing List link). Fee must be paid  before May 31st, 2009 for this discounted rate. 

HOW DO I SIGN UP? 
Once you've paid by clicking the PayPal button(s) below, your spot is reserved. Alternately you can pay in person or send a check payable to Hilltop Community Church of Christ and write "Guys Trip" and the names of who's going on the memo line.

Joshua Tree Live Webcam

We are a small group of Christian men who are trying to model our lives after the Man Jesus Christ. We go to various churches, but share a common faith. The Hilltop Community Church of Christ leads and sponsors our annual trips to Joshua Tree National Park to experience wilderness and adventure and the special bond God creates when we're all together. We are not exclusive, but rather enjoy sharing good times with other men who are searching for what it means to be a boy, young man, son, dad, uncle or grandfather the way God wants us to.
